Pattonville Fire House #1
Pinnacle Contracting was awarded Package #1 (Earthwork, Paving, Site Utilities, & Signalization) and Package #3 (Building Shell) of the Pattonville Fire House #1 project. The 11,970 square foot fire house will be located at the corner of St. Charles Rock Road and Interstate 70.
Kantar Health
Pinnacle Contracting completed the 12,500 square foot tenant finish at Kantar Health located in Maryland Heights. The Pinnacle team worked closely with property manager, Solon Gershman Inc., to accurately schedule construction around the employees to minimize distractions. Kantar Health is a leading healthcare focused global consultancy adn their newly renovated space allows them to better serve their clients needs.
Jo-Ann Fabric & Craft Stores
Pace Properties retained Pinnacle to renovate and upgrade the exterior shell of the 28,500 square foot building at 6910 S. Lindberg Boulevard. After completing the exterior portion, JoAnn Fabric & Craft Stores selected Pinnacle to complete the interior work. The two projects consisted of replacing and improving the front entrance and facade, installing a new EPDM roof, removing all old sprinkler lines and installing new ones, new flooring, new drywall, new electrical system, an emergency management system, an HVAC system, etc.
Tuesday Morning
Pace Properties selected Pinnacle for the interior renovation of 12,900 square feet of retail space located at Central Plaza in Ballwin, Missouri. The national retailer Tuesday Morning now occupies the space and is open for business.
Wells Fargo
Pinnacle completed the 1,800 square foot interior renovation of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage office space located at 1572 S. Lindberg Boulevard which is a few doors down from Schneithorst's. Pinnacle added two offices and a conference, updated the kitchen with new cabinets and appliances, updated all doors and hardware throughout the previously vacant space.
EJ's Shoe
Pinnacle completed the interior renovation of EJ's Shoes located on Brentwood Boulevard across the street from the St. Louis Galleria and caddy corner from The Boulevard. Pinnacle completed the white work at EJ's Shoes for Pace Properties and then the tenant, EJ's Shoes, asked Pinnacle to complete the interior renovation of the space. New light fixtures were hung, new carpet tile was installed, the restrooms were updated and the walls received new paint. EJ's Shoe is now open for business in their new location.
Mattress Source
Pinnacle Contracting completed the tenant renovation at Mattress Source in Edwardsville, Illinois. The project consisted of demolition, installing new doors, building a new entry vestibule, hanging drywall and applying a fresh coat of paint throughout the space.
Great Clips-Lincoln Place
Pace Properties hired Pinnacle Contracting to complete the 3,000 SF white box renovation of Great Clips located in Fairview Heights, Illinois. The work included installing new doors and hardware, a new aluminum storefront, updating the drywall, ceiling tile, paint and flooring.
Union Pacific
Union Pacific Railroad Company requested Pinnacle Contracting to upgrade the office finishes at their downtown location. A few of these included installing stone and resilient flooring, glazing, framing and drywall, new paint, toilet accessories, blinds, and roller shades. The majority of this project was completed after work hours to reduce distractions to Union Pacific employees.
Announce Media
Pinnacle Contracting completed the 3,900 SF tenant finish for Announce Media located in University City. The offices, conference rooms and entry received new doors and hardware, carpeting, and paint. A few of the walls received Idea Paint which allows employees to use dry erase markers on the walls. In addition, new cabinetry was installed in the break room to better suit the needs of Announce Media employees.
Spartech Technology and Innovation Center
Pinnacle Contracting, Inc. worked diligently with the owner and architect to create a cutting-edge facility for Spartech Corporation in Maryland Heights. The 91,000 SF includes new office space, technology and lab capabilities to support Spartech's advancement of integrated technologies in material, science, extrusion technologies and packaging products.
